By accessing, registering on, or using the benjl platform (accessible at benjl.com and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with benjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the benjl platform and close your account. Continued use of the benjl platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The benjl platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of benjl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the benjl platform or had your account terminated for violations of these Terms.

benjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by benjl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the benjl platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. benjl will void all bets and winnings associated with such an account and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

To access the full range of benjl services, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) benjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your benjl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your benjl login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes) strictly confidential.
• Notify benjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your benjl account.

benjl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to benjl support immediately. benjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

benjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. benjl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. benjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your benjl wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. benjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the benjl account. benjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly limits, are displayed within the benjl platform and may be updated from time to time. benjl reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Currency: All transactions on the benjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). benjl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

benjl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• benjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the offer is being abused.
• Only one bonus may be active on a benjl account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• benjl reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus funds from any account where abuse or fraud is suspected.

All games available on the benjl platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

benjl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

benjl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, benjl will endeavor to restore affected accounts to their pre-error state.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA). benjl's decision on the settlement of sports bets is final, subject to the right of appeal outlined in the benjl support process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the benjl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one benjl account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the benjl platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to benjl.
• Using the benjl platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the benjl platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing benjl staff or other users through any communication channel.

benjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

benjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your benjl account.

benjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your benjl wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your benjl account at any time by contacting benjl customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, benjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the benjl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your benjl account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• Inaccuracies in game information, odds, or results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the benjl platform.

benjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your benjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

benjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the benjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the benjl Privacy Policy.

benjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, benjl will notify registered users via the email address associated with their benjl account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the benjl platform.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the benjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the benjl platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through benjl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

benjl operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.
